Commercial collection point
Commercial businesses can dispose of waste at the collection point at Spiss (AWS), Kantonsstr. 29, 3920 Zermatt, using their customer card from Monday to Friday. Users will need to present their «THE RIGHT BIN» customer card, and an invoice will be issued for the service. This customer card is also used to open the large cardboard presses at the Obere Matten, Untere Matten and Wiesti commercial collection points.
Customer card application forms can also be obtained directly from the collection point at Spiss.

Public collection points
There are 30 public shelters available in the village area of Zermatt for the disposal of household waste, glass, cans, paper, cardboard, PET and kitchen waste.
All types of waste that are not collected at public collection points can be disposed of in small quantities at at mobile collection points (e.g. electrical waste, batteries, bulky goods, scrap metal, corks, Nespresso capsules, special waste, old clothes, etc.). A member of staff will be available at the collection point to answer your questions relating to waste and its proper disposal.
